We partner with organizations to make meaningful people investments with our Thrive IN career development and job readiness training for their participants seeking economic mobility and wellness.
These small, cohort-based classes are a proven success. Through individualized coaching, we equip participants and celebrate their graduation with connections with local companies and gifts from local organizations. This support increases a graduates economic wellness by equipping them to better navigate the system of systems that is our job market.
Our partnership also includes follow-up monitoring and continued relationship to ensure a sustainable and mutually valuable connecting impact. Our calendar shows you when and with whom we are currently partnering.
We partner with organizations, mainly non-profits, who are active in the community serving individuals. We offer our customized career development and job readiness classes as a way to supplement an organization’s current service offering to their participants.
Participant Benefits: Each cohort ends with a celebration, and each participant is given job leads and connections with local businesses that are hiring. Graduates receive a Certificate of Completion and become a part of growing community of graduates providing on-going networking and mentoring opportunities.
Class Topics and Format: Organization partners can choose from a wide variety of topics to meet the needs of their participants. Cohort classes can be virtual or in person and last several weeks long (one topic per week). Classes may be offered in one or two parts depending on the needs of the cohort members.
Individual Coaching: Individual Coaching is also available. By focusing on a person’s journey, not just their job, we are able to help people reach their potential and maximize their positive contribution to our community.
Customization Options: If our weekly cohort classes do not fit your participant’s needs, we are happy to customize a program that will. Give us a call to design a program that will move your participants along their journey to be thriving members of our community.
