The first cohort of Level Up Management, LLC has graduated. 30 percent of those who started were able to complete the 18 hours of training. Those who made it to the end said that completing the program made them feel more capable of entering the workforce. As an economic wellness company, our goal is to do just that- help people thrive and grow in their capabilities. Graduating participants having the confidence to look beyond their current horizon allows this growth to happen.

Graduates received a Certificate of Completion and a graduation gift of professional attire courtesy of our partnership with The Shopp! They also become the first of a growing community of graduates that will receive ongoing coaching, mentoring, networking opportunities and job leads from local employers.

The Thrive IN program is designed to meet the individual needs of the participants but keeping cohorts small and applying information learned to their current experience and career goals. One graduate reported that “it was a very complete course. Hands on and basic, but focused on what each individual participant needed.”
