Small-group learning fosters trust, accountability, and community—while giving every participant the space to be seen, supported, and challenged. Cohorts allow us to personalize instruction while still delivering a shared, empowering experience that builds momentum.

Each cohort is guided by seasoned coaches who bring years of professional expertise and lived experience. Our coaches create safe, high-impact learning environments where participants develop practical skills, grow in confidence, and prepare for economic wellness with clarity and support.

We extend our partnership beyond the classroom, providing ongoing follow-up, progress checks, and shared celebration of milestones. This continued relationship ensures long-term value for learners and the organizations that invest in them—strengthening families, businesses, and communities through every cohort we graduate.

*Participant Benefits: Each cohort ends with a celebration, and participants receive resources, job leads, and connections to local businesses who are hiring. Graduates receive a Certificate of Completion and become a part of a growing community of graduates providing ongoing networking and mentoring opportunities.

*Class Topics and Format: Organization partners can choose from a wide variety of topics to meet the needs of their participants. Cohort classes can be virtual or in person and last several weeks long (one topic per week). Classes may be offered in one or two parts depending on the needs of the cohort members.

*Individual Coaching: Individual Coaching is also available. By focusing on a person’s journey, not just their job, we are able to help people reach their potential and maximize their positive contribution to our community.

*Customization Options: If our weekly cohort classes do not fit your participant’s needs, we are happy to customize a program that will. Give us a call to design a program that will move your participants along their journey to be thriving members of our community.

-Education and testing skills for K-12 learners needing classroom support, inclusive of 1:1 and small group. Able to serve K12 students with neurodivergent learning challenges.
